Dreams - High Wycombe

The staff member we dealt with (Charlie) was exceptional in her customer service. She listened to our situation and offered various alternatives for us to consider. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. She also stayed after closing time to make sure that our order was correct and complete.

The store was clean and inviting with ample parking outside. I was greeted by staff as I entered and James was friendly and courteous, knowledgeable and listened to my needs and acted on them. I was offered drinks and he took the time to find out exactly what I needed. I felt I was in the best hands from the first moment until I had made the decision on which products to buy. I was made to feel safe, understood and happy. I was glad this was the first place I came to, as I didn’t have to look elsewhere.

We were greeted by Josh who was very polite and helpful. We were offered a drink and I accepted a coffee which was very nice. We were very pleased with Josh who took us through the products. Sleepwatch was very useful in helping us to select our mattress. Josh explain the options to us and we are confident we made the right choice.

I was very satisfied with the overall service provided by Dreams as a company and the employees at my local store. Me and my girlfriend are buying our first house together next week and we just wanted to invest in a nice mattress and bedframe. We have looked at Emma and Simba and had an idea of what we did and didn't like but wanted to try the mattresses in store for a more personal feel. We arrived at 9.05 just as the store opened and we saw one colleague cleaning which gave confidence in a covid free store. We were instantly welcomed by Josh, he was good at listening to our needs and understood we were looking for a otoman style storage frame, he recommended we look at frames before mattresses. It was nice as he did not pressure us towards the more expensive frames, instead he told us of the 20%of frames deal if we did decide on a mattress and advised we look at the cheaper frames upstairs first. After deciding we would prefer a more expensive frame Josh showed us the Divan range of colours that offered the storage we wanted. Luckily the blue we liked had no delay but Josh reccommended we pick an earlier date so we can delay if any house issues occur.

Josh was competent and knowledgeable and welcoming. We were helped immediately on arrival in store. Josh was honest, not pushy.

We explained what type of bed we were looking for, and the use it would be getting. Kevin immediately showed us a choice of bases and mattresses that would suit our requirements. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice to be offered a pillow to try the mattresses out properly.

It was quick and easy

Kevin assisted me in the High Wycombe branch and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. He was fantastic.

Your sales assistant, Charlie, could not have been more helpful or attentive, assisting in every way with our questions and requests. Excellent experience.

Josh was highly knowledgeable and didn’t appear to push us - although we spent much more than we intended.
