The products, staff and service at the Loudwater store were fantastic. Very knowledgable and helpful. The member of staff called Stanley was particularly good and I will go there again if I needed any similar products.

Very pleasant helpful and attentive staff with a sense of humour. We usually use the Aylesbury Branch which would be our normal first port of call but this time we needed a bed at very short notice for my wife's 96 year old father so they sourced possible products at Wycombe for us. A very nice chap called Henry couldn't have been more helpful.

Shiraz listened to what we wanted, was very patient as we had our 2yr old son with us, he was happy to repeat information and waited if our son went off exploring, we never felt rushed or pressured into anything. All the staff in the store seemed very friendly and professional.

The salesman Stanley was very helpful and efficient.
