The Customer service agent Ben who helped us was brilliant. Extremely knowledgable and informative. The week prior to us buying our bed, my sister in was in and was seen by him, she also bought her new bed the same day as the visit. A credit to dreams!

The moment we walked through the door Henry immediately approached us and made us feel at ease, he explained what the colour coordination of the beds meant, asked us about our needs and directed us from there. Whilst looking for other items too, he assisted us in making the right choice, perfectly stress free! And the coffee was a nice bonus too.

Because the sales person was exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. he took us straight to the product I was looking for. We were made to feel very welcome and given a coffee while we were shopping.

The sales guy Stanely that dealt with us was very helpful, he gave enough time to make a decision without making us feel under pressure but at the same time was very attentive and helped to find exactly what we wanted.

We were allowed to look around and ask questions and left alone to make our minds up which we did the staff helped when needed
