The gentleman was extremely helpful and engaging and made the process quick and easy.

Welcomed in the high wycombe store by friendly person, Shiraz. Despite being 7pm, was offered a drink, asked if he could assist, very passionate about the products and allowed me time to test mattresses with the correct pillow. Shiraz allowed me space to keep moving from bed to bed always ensuring from the distance that I was ok. I eventually placed the order and all was straight forward

Sales assistant was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy

The Staff member Stan was very kind to us, gave us lots of help and time. He left us alone when we needed him to and came back when we needed. He was helpful and smiling and frindly. Other staff around the place seems happy and jolly like they really liked to be there.

Spoke to an assistant on the phone as I needed two beds to be delivered separately. The assistant I spoke to was very helpful, and really helped to get things sorted for me. I am very impressed with the service I received

we were immediately greeted by a friendly member of staff, Ben, who was very knowledgeable and helpful and remained with us throughout the process of choosing a mattress through to ordering and paying for it.

On arriving to Dreams in Loudwater we had no idea of what time of bed with regard to the firmness. The staff member present was extremely helpful and patient with us. He listened to exactly what we need and didnt try to oversell us something that we didnt want.

A very friendly member of staff who knew about the products on offer. He gave us enough information for us to make our decision but also gave us space to wander about the store and look at other things without feeling pressured. An overall, excellent buying experience. The only thing that could have been better was that we had to change the colour of the divan base that we wanted to fit in the with the availability and timescale that we wanted. We wanted a mocha divan base to be delivered the same week but it would have been at least 3 weeks delivery. We therefore switched to a cream divan base in order for it to be delivered the same week. We went into the store on Sunday and are booked for a delivery on Thursday with collection of the old bed.

The bed that i wanted was going to be delivered late so he offered me another bed that would arrive in time as i needed one very polite young man customer satisfaction, really helpful

We were welcomed, told there was help available. When requied, more specific info given, then given time to make up own mind without being harassed. Exactly what we required. As soon as we'd decided which mattress we required we were assisted to make the purchase quickly and without any hiccups.
