The assistant - Cameron - was particularly helpful and knowledgeable, whilst not being pushy and he listened to me carefully and then used his product knowledge to help guide me based on my needs. Overall, I found the shopping experience very straightforward and painless.

The staff were knowledgeable about the item I was seeking to purchase and when I attended the distribution centre to collect the item the staff member was very courteous.

Beds I ordered were on sale so managed to buy two for the price of one the man on the phone was very helpful and it was even free delivery, as I did go in to the shop first in Stevenage and the man was going to charge me £39 delivery so I was much happier doing it over the phone.

The young assistant Syan, who I understand was new to the job, was very attentive and her colleagues were very helpful

Th assistant recognised my needs and requirements and was helpful in advising on the mattress I could consider. He took into account my age (85), my current back problem and the price range I could afford. The gentleman was also very polite and explained the details about delivery and collection of the old mattress.

Shiraz, our assistant, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and at no time did we feel pressured by him. We liked, and bought, a Tempur mattress and found the video presentation confirmed all that Shiraz had told us, just in more comfort :-)
