The product range was very good. Service excellent handled my mother with dementia very well

Margret was really good I recommend she should be promoted, she went throught everything with us she was clear on what she was saying, she made us feel welcome, was there at all times when we needed to question about a produce. Margret and the manager were really excellent. This is why I'm satisfied.

Not only will I highly recommend your store in High Wycombe but I will also be advising that they speak with Henry when they do as he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He helped me find the perfect mattress at a great price. He is very passionate about what he does and about dreams as a company and he told me he has been there for 12 years. When entering the dreams store in Loudwater we were greeted by a friendly member of staff, who was keen to answer any questions we had, while still giving the space to try and explore the mattress range for ourselves. The employee was honest and thoughtful in his answers and this greatly aided in the choice my wife and I ultimately made
