Hello, we came to buy a new mattress for my husband who suffers from a bad back, your assistant James greeted us very warmly and explained your new computerised way of assessing the best mattress for him, James took into account our price range and showed us the relevant mattress, much to my surprise my husband took a great deal of thought as to the best one, James very thoughtfully left us to decide and made me a delicious cappuccino. Mattress decided on, ordered and paid for, left very satisfied, thank you James you cheered what has been an awful time for everyone, nice to be out and about again actually shopping with a sales assistant, Sandra Clare

I would recommend heavily, not only were you Covid safe, you gave excellent customer service. I was offered a drink we used your special machine to find what bed we needed. We have an own special pillow and explained in detail and which beds would suit us and why.

Visiting the High Wycombe store was a great experience. The moment we stepped in, Mick was straight away assisting us to find the right mattress. As we were unsure about what mattress we wanted, Mick carefully went through multiple mattresses as well as the automated mattress selector and spent over 2 hours helping us. In the end we were very happy with our 2 king mattresses we chose as well as being offered multiple other products with a generous discount. Overall, all the staff were extremely friendly and the store was very clean and organised.

We made a note of our assistants name as he was amazing, this is Laura Cooke replying on simons email. I suffer with severe anxiety, I have only just started to go back to shops , Dreams was one of.yhe first. Joshua made me feel completely comfortable, I didn't want to go on the sleep match bed ( the computer bed) he didn't ask any questions to why etc , drinks were offered, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. As a mental health suffrer I left feeling well looked after and very comfortable. Joshua has obviously been trained to the highest standards and even more than that he was genuinely friendly, efficient and the best assistant we could have asked for one of my first big shopping trips for over a year. Please makes sure this feedback finds its way back to Joshua as I think its important.

The staff member that assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, without being pushy. The store was very clean and we felt safe shopping and laying on all the beds. We had a very memorable experience and would absolutely go back! We were offered hot drinks/water and were greeted instantly upon arrival - these things make all the difference.
