I purchased with Benjamin at high Wycombe he was friendly and helpful and understanding of my child with special needs. A sale of £1000 was almost lost though because I had been in there a few days before and had a bad experience with somebody else that put me off but due to what I wanted only being available with you I went back gingerly but thankfully had a very good experience with Benjamin. He was friendly without being pushy and answered questions honestly with knowledge. I will be going back to order my bed through him in the next week or so but only via him and not the person who I felt was rude and lied to me before.

Previous to our visit to dreams we actually stopped at a competitors store but didn’t make a purchase as the salesman did not seem interested with assisting us. The Dreams salesman, who was immediately available, however could not have been more friendly and attentive without being forceful, he was able to answer every question we asked and took the time to discuss our needs and choices. We didn’t feel pressured into buying anything we didn’t want or spending more than we needed. Even after being shown multiple options and being slightly indecisive, we didn’t feel rushed. The price guarantee made us feel even more confident with our purchase as we knew we were getting the best price. I was shocked when we were told the mattress could be delivered in a very soon 8 days! Additionally, if required, our delivery date could be rescheduled within 72 hours, which is brilliant because unexpected events occur frequently! We didn’t have to spend an excessive amount of time filling out paperwork but were able to spend the necessary time leisurely reading through the terms and conditions. Overall I am extremely satisfied with our Dreams shopping experience and purchase.
