Margaret was helpful in answering the questions I had before ordering and she has said I could contact her if I run into problems

Somewhat bemused by the wealth of choice, the time taken and patience shown by Shiraz in talking me through our options lead me to be able to make a choice to buy confident in that I was making the right choice. £1857 is a major/spend/investment for us.

Shiraz was extremely helpful and took time to explain the products and point out advantages of particular beds. He asked questions about who was using the bed, their size etc and used this information to make specific recommendations, alerting me to things I had not previously considered which was valuable. He was friendly and gave me a lot of time.

Not at all pushy,listerned to what we required.very friendly and approachable.also offered us coffee😉

We were allowed to wander round the store at our own pace and were not under pressure by a member of staff.

we got what we wanted and we were satisfied with Stanley from High Wycombe who was very friendly and he even made me a nice cup of coffee to top it off as well.

The salesman was extremely helpful and friendly, and very experienced in his job.

Bought a bed two months ago and returned last week to buy another double bed. Will continue to buy from Dreams.

We walked into the High Wycombe showroom and was immediately welcomed. We bought mattresses before in January 2010 and this time wanted only a single mattress for the spare room bed.
