Syan was very helpful and showed me everything, she took the time to show different beds and the sleep pod. Syan gave us coffee and was super patient, like I was her only customer.

Welcomed on arrival as soon as I entered the store but left alone to browse until I was ready to ask for assistance - exactly how the in store experience should be!

Cameron, (I think that was the name) was friendly, not pushy and very helpful.

We were not kept waiting and the sales assistant was very friendly, but also gave us plenty of time to choose. His knowledge was good. We were served by Cameron at the Loudwater, High Wycombe store. He was very effective and you should ensure that he is aware of comments made. Visit was enjoyable and we weren't pushed into a purchase.

The assistant who served me (Lee not Cameron as it says on my invoice) stopped what he was doing to serve me, and gave excellent customer service, pointing out the mattress most likely to meet my needs, the salient features of the contract, disposal procedure, and types of mattress protector. So much so, that I am now thinking of buying a new, much more expensive mattress for my bed, something that I had not been considering before I visited your Loudwater store. The only slight criticisms of my visit were that the fire alarm kept beeping, and the underside rim of the lavatory seat was dirty.

The young man who served us was very helpful the only thing I was not happy with was the fact most places the mattresses are guaranteed for at least five years and I feel a bit apprehensive as to whether I should have gone somewhere else

The whole process was so quick and easy and was made even better by the assistant's efficiency. During our visit there was a huge delivery, yet the service we received was uninterrupted. So Impressed!
