Ben was extremely helpful, not at all pushy, welcomed us through the door and then approached us in a professional, knowledgeable manner. He showed us several different Tempur mattresses encouraging us to try them all out and also compare with more conventional products. A very enjoyable experience with quite a few laughs as well! Delivery arranged for toaday (only 2 days after purchase) and, as promised, your driver Alec (or Alex) rang nice and early to give us our 2 hour slot. Friendly on the phone - again very professional.

We had a lovely lady called Syan and she was so helpful, with lots of knowledge of the different variety of beds! She knew exactly what I wanted and made that possible within my budget! & the complimentary got chocolate was to die for ! :) It was even made possible to pick my bed up the following day ! The assistance was great, Ben at high Wycombe store was excellent in listening myself and my fiancées needs. He quickly made recommendations and guided us around the different options. Upon my return he remembered the bed I was interested in and sorted the order out very quickly!

I came wanting a Sealy mattress as I had slept on one in Sydney, Australia 8 years ago. Henry, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and put me completely at ease. He was polite and took his role very seriously

The moment I walked in there was staff to help. I have not purchased a bed for over 20 years and the assistant helped me a great deal in the type of base and mattress I needed. Overall the lady and gentleman were very friendly and kind in assisting me.
