The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Whilst we spent more than we intended, we were quite satisfied with our purchase and enjoyed the visit.

We were short of time, knew the type of mattress we wanted and needed advice about the base to go under it. Stanley was immediately helpful and directed us to three different bed bases displayed with the type of mattress that we had chosen. He was able answer all our questions regarding varying weight distribution of users, storage and type of base best suited to a sprung mattress. We needed the bed delivered within two days and he was careful to only show us those which were available for delivery. Stanley was very polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. An asset to the company.

I visited your store with friends, both of us wanting to purchase beds, we were served by a young man called Cameran, and he was just wonderful, full of fun, We were all very happy with both Dreams and Cameran's service and help.

The lady in Wycombe- I think her name was Margaret, was very helpful and patient and took the time to understand our needs and budget. We were pleased to be able to pick up our mattress early for our house move too.

We got great service, it was quick and efficient and we came away having purchased exactly what we came in for.

We were attended to right away and the salesperson explained the differences between the various mattresses and showed them to us. He was very patient whilst we tried the different products and dealt with the order promptly when we had decided which to buy.
