I was very happy with the customer service I received from Ben who sold us the bed at the high wycombe branch. He spent lots of time with us to make sure we had the right one. He also kept to his word and made sure the bed came to us in the exact same state as it was in the shop. He was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We are very grateful.

Your rep Cameron was excellent. He made a brilliant cup of coffee for us and allowed us to walk around without being intrusive and when we needed him he responded knowledgeably. Top young man, there.

A member of staff greeted us as we arrived. When we knew the questions we needed to ask someone was on hand to answer, and show us a product we had not seen that fitted the bill. Once we had selected the right product he took us to the order desk. We were offered a drink and the whole order process was quick and simple. The product was in stock and delivery was booked for a very convenient day.

Good selection of beds in the store, we got immediate assistance and a lovely cup of coffee. We were given a lovely pillow of our own to use to try out the beds, we were given good advice to help us decide but at no time were we pushed.
