We were greeted at the entrance by Shiraz, who was most attentive, helpful, informative, friendly and polite, offering us tea and coffee on our arrival. We were very impressed by his professionalism as well as the general professionalism of the other staff and appearance of the showroom. This was in stark contrast to the service we received at Benson's when we purchased a mattress which proved to be faulty after 6 months. Benson's replaced it but it still was not satisfactory resulting in buying another mattress from another company as we did not wish to return to Benson's due to their poor customer service which was inferior in all respects to our experience with Shiraz today. We will return to Dreams for any other bedroom furniture or bedding in the future as long as we are dealt with by Shiraz. Thank you. Richard Telfer

Again, My Wife and I were greeted by a friendly face and were looked after very well by Syan. Her product knowledge was great and helped us make our decision. She was not pushy but gave us enough time and space when needed. Syan made us feel comfortable and made our buying experience very pleasurable. She really is a model employee and an asset to Dreams.

We were promptly greeted by Margaret, an employee who has surprisingly only worked at the High Wycombe store for the past year (after giving feedback to the Manager, Jeff). Margaret was the friendliest yet most professional member of staff you could have wished for who had a wealth of knowledge about all the products available. We were offered a drink while we were browsing the store (even though at this point we had stated we were just browsing). We discussed in depth 4 or 5 beds, we were then given a pillow and set free to go and try all the products in the store. After much deliberation we chose a bed (the first one we tried) and then came the pillow choice - Jeff was very knowledgeable and helped us decide which was the best pillow for us both. We had a wonderful experience and Margaret helped us choose a headboard (my husband at this point had his 2nd hot drink, he was envious of my hot chocolate the first time around - He had coffee) and chose the divan by putting the pictures from the website onto the big computer screen. Margaret made us feel confident in our purchase and is a true example of what Jeff mentioned, that they pride themselves on great customer service.

The 'Dreams Colleague', Henry, gave my wife and I a very warm welcome to the store, asked what we had come to look at, and briefly informed us about the layout of the bed/mattress section. He then left us alone to look around, but floated back into view just at the right moment - as we were beginning to want to try out certain mattresses. Having asked us some key questions, he was able to direct us to a particular mattress, which was exactly the one that I had identified from my own research (a Tempur mattress). Bingo! Henry also recommended that we each try a Tempur pillow, and my wife and I were both convinced very quickly. Henry easily and concisely explained all the advantages of buying from Dreams, including the 0% finance options. The process of buying using the credit application was straight-forward. All in all, a very quick, easy, satisfactory purchase of a high-value item, which was made into an enjoyable experience thanks to Henry - well done!
