Dreams - High Wycombe

We purchased 2 single mattresses about 2 months ago and had a look round. We went in today and knew what we were looking for. Lee was really helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Ben served us primarily, with Cameron at point of order too, and Lee made us drinks - all very very friendly. When I knew the product was going to take over a month to arrive, we had a joke but I still looked online at other stores! I felt no pressure, they were all very genuine and rather humourous! Lovely atmosphere in the store - attitude very reassuring. Customer service top notch. Well done to them all.

Henry greeted us at the door and continued to be extremely helpful even though the sale was on and it was extremely busy. He provided coffee and made sure we were dealt with as quickly as humanly possible, and all with a smile on his face - amazing!

Assistant in store was very helpful and pleasant, made the shopping experience enjoyable. Have yet to sleep on product. Delivery men very helpful, pleasant and quick.

As with previous visits we still found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Dreams representatives, showed us where to find the kind of products we were interested in, and once we had chosen we were allocated a rep (Benjamin) who took us to a terminal to process our order

Me and my partner where greeted by a guy called Cameron and he looked after us.Made us both drinks and felt really welcome and really helped us and would recommend dreams because of him.We brought a kingsize matress and he helped all the way and would like to thank him again.
