Really good customer service from Leah. She spent a lot of time with us, helping and advising on best products. The store was also quiet which was nice and I didn’t feel rushed

Our salesperson, James, was very knowledgeable and professional about the various beds we tried and was able to steer us in the right direction when it came to our order. He kept the social distancing at all times and sanitised every bed after we tried them. He was very friendly yet stayed very professional in his mannerism.
