Dreams - High Wycombe

I don't have ridiculous expectations from shopping trips. The only issue I had was that one agent asked me if I needed help, to which I replied yes. He then offered me a chair and asked me to wait while he was clearly still heavily involved with another customer. There were other agents around the shop clearly free to assist and I didn't want to sit. I wanted to Try beds and make a decision and get home. So I didn't sit I went off to try beds and the manager - Lee - spotted this and came to assist and took over. I already had a couple f beds in mind from other outlets so I know what I wanted. Lee was pleasant and efficient & knowledgeable and didn't hard sell. Thus, in spite of an iffy start Dreams got my custom.

Show room was well stocked, well signposted and had lots to choose from.

Colleague was very helpful, his name was Cameron in the high Wycombe branch. He spent lots of time with me and made me a lovely cup of coffee, before putting my needs first to find me the right bed and mattress. I will sleep well for the first time in a long while! Thank you to yourselves and Cameron.

My partner and I knew want we wanted. Syan was great understanding, and didn't try to influence our decision. She spoke highly of the product which blew away any lingering doubts. Makes a lovely coffee.

Plenty of staff to ask any questions and all were very willing to help and advise. Not too pushy in their selling techniques.

The staff there were very friendly. Margaret, dreams colleague was very helpful and really helped us find what we were looking for within our budget. Overall very good experience.

I did not feel I was "pounced on" upon my entry to the shop but was approached by the sales person in a timely and professional manner. The salesperson took the time to obtain information from me in order to be able to provide me with the correct product to suit my needs

Cameron the salesman was very helpful and you were made to feel welcome coffee was supplied and there were no hard sales techniques a very pleasant experience highly recommended

I had reviewed mattresses online and decided which ones I was interested in. In the store I immediately found my choice(s) and was also assisted straight away in the "testing" process. I was also given a very nice cup of coffee whilst placing the order.

The shop staff took time to understand our needs, explained the options available and we were able to try the available products before making a choice.
