Excellent service in store and great value for money - delivery very timely. Will certainly revisit in the future and recommend to others.

Excellent non intrusive customer care at a time when the High Wycombe branch were extremely busy. Left alone to select preferences (our choice) then Ben made himself available to give us a hand with our chosen options, quickly establishing tea was a priority by then! Found a vacant checkout point for us upstairs and our order was taken quickly and efficiently (three separate items from around the store to be combined - mattress, bed, headboard). Ben also made us feel confident that we could contact them should we have any concerns; a charming, personable young man. Very professional setup and a pleasant experience for a Bank Holiday.

Member of staff Ben was courteus, very helpful and explained differences between products enabling us to make informed decisions.

Explained my requirements and was shown products that met them. salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable to help me. therefore I placed my order.

Cameron was very friendly, had good product knowledge & was very helpful in a choice of bed & mattress for our teenage daughter,

we were met at the door by the sales assistant and we spent the entire time instore with him up until the piont he saw us out. His products knowledge was very good, he gave us options and was overall friendly and receptive. A nice bonus was to get a up of coffee

From the time we entered the showroom we were met by friendly, approachable staff. I asked a question of one member of staff whose name was Jeff, he answered professionally with a mix of humour which immediately put us at ease. He listened to our requirements and showed us a selection of mattresses, encouraging us to try them at our own pace. Meanwhile he supported other customers checking with us periodically until we made our choice. Placing the order and arranging a delivery date was very straightforward and the assurance Jeff gave us of the 40 day Comfort Exchange scheme was reassuring.

We were met by Syan who was extremely helpful. She listened to what we were after and directed us to the products that most closely met our needs. We were allowed time to check out each of the products in our own time. There was no pressure but Syan was always ready to answer queries.
