The customer service was excellent. Stanly was spot in polite, helpful and friendly.

The colleague, Jeff Little was excellent in his knowledge, time he gave to understand our needs and find the best products.

Syan advised me well and was thoroughly informed. She had an excellent sales manner and made an effort to understand my requirements. Overall she made the experience an enjoyable one.

Henri was both friendly and efficient. He listened to our requirements and showed us a few options before advising us which bed was best for our needs, comfort and our budget.

The first time we visited the store we met Margaret who spent quite sometime going through the products with us and explaining the build differences of the bases and the mattresses. She also explained in detail what we wanted to know and also managed to provide unobtrusive advice when needed that was highly appreciated. We were both very impressed with her product knowledge, her bright happy demeanor and her patience as we asked many questions. It was because of Margaret that we come back to the store today. Today we met Jeff who was was extremely helpful to us as well and also provided an extra firm pillow for me to use when trying the different mattresses which was very important as I have a pace maker fitted and can not lay flat with a single pillow. Jeff's approach was different to Margaret's but no less friendly or informed and he to knew exactly what we needed in the way of information and provided advice at the right times. It was the staff that brought us back to the store. Any store can have good product but without people know know how to help a customer all the best product in the world is a wast of space.

Solely because of your sales executive Jeff. I bought a bed and mattress from him a year ago. He was working in the store again and again he was excellent. I bought two mattresses and a bed and a duvet this time. He is perfect balance between informative and not being pushy.

Staff were really helpful and knew there job,store was well presented and tidy.

The salmon was excellent and even though the store did not stock exactly what I was looking for he suggested an alternative and I ended up buying it

I thought Cameron was extremely helpful, and he did not pressure me at all. He gave me a pillow and suggested I try as many mattresses as I wanted. I was made a cup of tea, and encouraged to take as long as necessary. I did have to wait a while when making the purchase, but that was because I specifically wanted to double check a few things with Cameron. He explained everything very clearly, and was extremely helpful throughout my visit.
