We were looking to exchange our Tempur mattress under the 100 day trial and we dealt with Lee, the store manager, who was excellent. Lee took time to listen and understand why we wished to exchange and then was very patient in ensuring that we could make our best, informed, choice. Well done Lee.

The young man, Cameron, was very pleasant and not at all pushy, his colleague made me a cup of coffee nothing was too much trouble. I explained that I had just lost my husband and that I had an adjustamatic bed but the mattress was not good however I liked the Poppy mattress that I have on my other bed he explained that he couldn't sell me one as he could only advise on adjustable mattresses and why, which I hadn't thought of
