I viewed the product on-line but as I am an older customer wanted to speak to someone to be re-assured my order had been taken, paid for and the delivery date given verbally. Happy customer.

The friendliness and knowledge of Jeff, who was very informative and helpful, without being pushy. He also made a good cup of coffee!

I was able to explain to the salesperson exactly what I was looking for allowing for their expertise to point me in the right direction which they did very efficiently. I didn't want to spend ages and wanted the search narrowed down to a couple of mattresses.

We had specific needs in our order and Jeff helped us decide on the choices available so we got the most for the money we wanted to spend. Very, very good advice. He knew his products and prices.

I was given enough support to find the product I needed but I wasn't over-sold to. It was all very efficient

Mainly because of the excellent attention paid to us and our needs by Stanley. It helped that we knew, or thought we knew, exactly what we needed but in the event Stanley steered us away from our idea towards a better one.

The way customers are held,is really nice.

We bought our bed and mattress from Dreams 12 years ago and it has been great. We have just been in to buy a replacement mattress and although the names had changed the staff knew exactly which one had replaced the one we wanted and arranged delivery straight away. Really easy.

The employees were very helpful and when we needed some assistance, an employee was willing to help while dealing with other customers which was great. We weren't left standing alone with no help and when we said we needed time to look, space was given and didn't feel under pressure. When paying, Lee was extremely friendly, very clear about what we were getting and paying for. We were left in no doubt about what we were getting. His Scottish accent was a major bonus!! Would definitely recommend to family and friends to purchase a mattress or any bed related products as it was so straightforward. :)
