I first visited the Loudwater showroom to gain knowledge of your products. The assistant that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The questions probably sounded very silly but he imparted his knowledge and didn't make me feel stupid. I was asked to try different products and because he wasn't pushy I left feeling I hadn't wasted his time and therefore returned a few days later to make my purchases and arrange delivery and also arrange for my bed to be assembled.

My partner and I went in knowing exactly what we wanted. Your shop assistant Ben helped us and was very knowledgeable as we wasn't sure if to go for the spring slates or not he helped us decide on that.

Ben was lovely from the moment we went into the store. Happy to help without being ' in your face'. Give us options and comparison so we were able to choose the best product for us

I thought Callum was very helpful and delivered excellent customer service. I would of like more discount but if you want quality then you pay the price. Overall was a very enjoyable experience and will be back to order another one in the future.
