We were served by SHIRAZ at High Wycombe store. He was very nice, had lots of knowledge about the products and we could not have had a better shopping experience. We were given coffee and would definitely recommend your store. Shiraz was very helpful Rose Giles

Shiraz was very helpful and recommended we try a range of options. He did get distracted by another customer at one point so we sought information from another colleague.

Cameron was an incredible young man, personable, fun, and made the whole experience enjoyable. He welcomed us in, showed us some mattresses, and made us a coffee, after reading us the "menu"! He proceeded to explain the 40 nights garuantee which made us more comfortable in buying as we had a previous bad experience with Bensons. Absolutely top notch service, this young man is an asset to your company.

The sales assistant we was more than helpful, he showed us many mattresses and double beds with all the options. He was very friendly and didn't rush us into placing an order. and very knowledgible.

I walked into the store and Henry was very friendly straight away. He asked me what I was looking for. He found out I wanted a mattress and what style I wanted. Asked how I slept (side, back, front etc) he asked lots of questions to understand my needs. He took me to a mattress to try and it was perfect. He gave me time to wander on my own and try different ones explaining the different colour code system. I had to leave the store without buying but told him I would return. When I did return he recognised me and helped me with buying the mattress. Whilst all the details were being put on the system it was lovely to see the relationship the staff had with each other. Lee the manager was singing which created a very happy atmosphere (shh he wasn't the best) and a really nice spirit about the shop. They were all friendly and interested, if I didn't have to go back to work I could've stayed longer.

We got a very warm welcome by very helpful and friendly staff ,given enough time to look around on our own with out being hassled but with the knowledge that the staff were there to answer any questions we had .It was lovely being offered tea or coffee while we wandered around at our leisure and not being pressured into buying the most expensive/first thing on offer.The staff we spoke to were very helpful with out being pushy a pleasant change to most shops.When we made our decision the purchase was dealt with efficiently by the staff.

Shiraz was fantastic deal with, extremely accomodating of us and our 2 young kids, he let us do our thing and was there to help when needed. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
