Was welcomed on arrival and listened to immediately about what I wished to purchase. Was offered coffee / tea / biscuits by Henry who offered me a further drink as I was there quite a while considering my options regarding the appropriate mattress. Was advised by Jeff tbe assistant manager about the different pillows and had the opportunity to use one whilst trying out the various mattresses. Was given time alone to think about which mattress really suited my needs. The friendly comfortable atmosphere within the showroom enabled me to have time to think without pressure but be reassured by the knowledge and understanding of my needs by the assistant manager. He also offered me the opportunity of reviewing other mattresses and discussed their construction thermal heat distribution. He offered me three ways to purchase the bed and mattress giving me the opportunity to consider options to help make the purchase more appealing and easily possible for me. The whole experience was extremely supportive, especially as I am retired and this is a high expense item which I have not bought for the last 26 years.

we new what bed we where looking for, and the assistant was able to give use the attention we needed he was very helpful

We were returning customers to Dreams after a previous visit and so knew what we wanted, but needed to check a few things, Shiraz - your sales person was very helpful and advised us appropriately, especially as time was short and we didn't want to waste time if this could be avoided, which it was, and this is why I have rated our experience as highly satisfied.

I received exceptional service from start to finish. Will definitely return and recommend Dreams to friends and family.

I have an old bed, which gives me aches and pains and, now I am 70, I thought a new mattress was in order. I visited Dreams in High Wycombe, and was assisted by Shiraz. He showed me several mattresses in my requested price range. I wasn't sure what type of mattress I wanted, but he showed me different types, which I tested, and the nicest and the most comfortable was the Rapport Acti D Mattress. We arranged payment and a delivery date, both were quick and simple. He also advised that if after 40 nights I found I wasn't happy with the mattress, Dreams would exchange for another type. Personally I think it will be absolutely fine - anything is better than the bed I have at the moment! My new mattress will arrive on the 20th February - I can't wait!

I arrived to a friendly greeting from a consultant Shiraz who directed me to the type of beds I was considering. We discussed various aspects of my purchase and the consultant was knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was quick and efficient - and I had a really good cappuccino almost s soon as I arrived.
