We wandered around in our own time and chose what we wanted then when we were ready we went to a lovely lady called Syan who helped explain the options etc and helped my parents with their order. There was no pressure to buy and everyone we spoke to was very kind and helpful.

Syan who looked after me was fantastic, as soon as I walked into the store following my first visit a week prior she recognised me and remembered the bed I was thinking of purchasing. Syan gave me great advice on the mattress to chose and was not pushing in any way 5 star customer service and a pleasure to deal with

I was able to try various types of mattress and at various prices. I was able to select a delivery date that suited me. Dreams remove the old one at a reasonable cost,too.

Our whole experience was wonderfully smooth and efficient.!we visited the high Wycombe store and were able to browse for the right amount of time without any pressure. We were then treated by Lee, he helped my dad understand all the options and essentially helped him understand what he was looking for within our budget. He was really very helpful, a nice man who made a good impression! So much so that 2/3 weeks later when we'd carried out our homework and were 100% sure with our choice, we went straight back to see Lee who remembered us, which was great! We placed our order with him and he explained everything very clearly to us. My dad was really very pleased with the whole experience and with Lee. I hope that the delivery of the bed is as smooth and slick is the sales we experienced in the show room! Thank you Lee 👍

We were greeted upon our arrival with a very friendly atmosphere. It wasn't too intrusive but I was offered help and assistance when I needed it. I was given the opportunity to try out a number of mattresses which helped a lot.

The sales assistant explained to me the differences about the stuffings and was patient while I tried the beds several times helped me make a decision

The Sales Assistant looking after us was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were not rushed through and my wife and I enjoyed a cup of tea whilst we were considering various options. In summary, an excellent buying experience. Thank you!
