Good knowledge and advice. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff

First time visiting the store. Was worried we would be harassed by assistants so we wouldnt be able to look properly. We were buying a new mattress for my 9 year old son and being a single parent I wanted to make sure he was happy with it and I was happy with the price. We were greeted on arrival and asked if we needed help, we said no and then we were told to ask if we needed any help at any point.

Attentive salesman who left us to browse but was available when we were ready. He listened to and understood our needs and comments without steering js to something he wanted to sell.

We were very satisfied with the service received from Syan who was most friendly and helpful which made our visit to Dreams a delightful experience.

Very helpful staff. Really wanted a different make but satisfied that the staff helped me to choose the best of what they had in stock. Cost more than I intended but hopefully will be wroth it. SAtore clean and tidy and assistant knew her products. Hours of opening and parking excellent.

All the staff on both our visits to the High Wycombe store were great. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. It made the whole experience of buying a bed and a mattress really pleasurable - thank you Jeff and Lee especially. We couldn't have chosen a better store for our purchases.
