My son recommended this Store and I must say that I was surprised at the choices spread out . The matress will not be delivered until next Tuesday but as things go it will be fine .

I got what I wanted with efficient and friendly service.

Assistant knew his products and asked key questions to make sure I was shown what I needed eg was it for guest room. He was patient while I decided on a bed. He was sympathetic to the fact I worked a 6 day week and found a suitable slot for delivery for just under 2 weeks which I thought was good. i was buying beds as my husband had recently passed away and he was very kind to me. It was nice to be offered cakes and coffee. He showed me a choice of products and whilst telling me the store did bedding at a good price he did not push me to buy anything.

Cameron, who assisted us during our visit at the store in High Wycombe, was fantastic. He was a great help, and his customer service was second to none. He took the time to understand both mine and my partner's needs, and gave us many different options of mattresses to try. He didn't rush us into choosing a product, and didn't force us to buy product either.

Very considerate staff and attentive to my 6 year old daughter. Providing coffee and drinks for us al. Great team!

Welcomed when entering in store. Explained to the sales assistant what we were looking for. Took us straight to some beds that he thought we'd like. Offered us coffee (and cakes! - always a winner!) really nice experience. Walked out the shop, feeling extremely satisfied and now look forward to our mattress arriving! Very friendly and helpful sales assistant.

Jeff helped us in the high Wycombe store , he was great. He also made us the best cup of coffee I have ever had 🤗. (Even better than starbucks). Jeff was understanding of our budget and we got a very good deal from him.

My partner and I were visiting simply to look at new beds but we ended up leaving having ordered what we loved. The man who helped us was absolutely lovely, not only was he understanding and down to earth about our needs but was also super friendly and funny! We felt like we left with a new friend. While we are happy we managed to get a new bed - our experience with Lee (the store assistant) was the highlight of our experience.
