Did not feel pressurised by Henry the salesman, he was able to demonstrate advantages of one option over another after gaining a clear understanding of our needs. Did not attempt to overwhelm with 'sales speak'! Pleased that we could upgrade a bed with sprung slats on a metal frame for added strength. Short delivery time frame was an unexpected and very welcome suprise. Good experience so far, hope delivery and assembly will continue as anticipated.

My son recommended this Store and I must say that I was surprised at the choices spread out . The matress will not be delivered until next Tuesday but as things go it will be fine .

The customer service from Cameron was superb. He took the time to make sure we were happy with the products we selected and made the whole experience, as my other half put it, "like walking through heaven!". Product knowledge was great and there was no pushy sales to try and get us to buy the most expensive products, just the ones that were right for us.
