Very helpful and nice assistant, bought a mattress and was out in a short time.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I received excellent discount on the products I purchased backed up with technical information and advice. Kim and Margaret handled the sale very well, I didn't feel pressured at all and would recommend friends to use this store.

Very welcoming staff, friendly and approachable. I was given very good advice from Shiraz. Placed my order whilst having a hot chocolate and chatting just about life in general! A nice environment with excellent customer service!

We were approached shortly after arriving asking if we needed assistance, which we did. The support and advice offered was excellent. We quickly found what we wanted and made the order. The young man serving us was not only knowledgable but also very pleasant.

The assistant understood what we wanted and after giving her our budget she didn't try to sell us anything more expensive

i recieved a fantastic service from jeff and henry. ive got my bed and mattress on order which i cant wait for it to arrive however ill be using my pillow tonight so that means ill get some sleep.. jeff and henry both where fantastic. me and my mum told jeff we needed a good mattress due to me having neck pains he said it will be your pillow..he took us down stairs showed me the mattress that he said would be ideal for me and pulled out the loves to be washed pillow i laid on the bed and it felt like i was floating on heaven. without his assistance and henrys i probably would have been confused and picky to choose the right mattress for my self. its good to go dreams and have someone their with knowledge. Jeff sold us a mattress not for the sake of money but for the sake off my comfort and i will definitely revisit dreams again

Delivery drivers Germaine and Billy were lovely and very helpful. Could not do enough for me.
