Cameron very helpful, especially when finding our mattress. Also accomadating the the fact we didn't have a large deposit available (we couldn't pay 20%, only £100, so he was able to sort it out for us).

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the service we received at Dreams, Loudwater. My family have been buying our beds there for over 20 years, and the professionalism and expertise of the staff are mainly the reasons behind this. We were particularly impressed with Shiraz and Lee who helped us with our purchase of the Titanium TV bed (Lee showed us all the capabilities of this amazing bed) and Divan bed. Finally, we also loved the complimentary coffees as we were in the store for quite a while!

There was so much choice of mattresses I was overwhelmed at first but then Shiraz helped me narrow it down by listening to my needs. I found him very friendly & knowlegable with a good sense of humour.

We have been purchasing beds, etc from Dreams for quite a long time now; the service never fails from Sales staff right throught to the delivery staff. You are v. lucky to have such capable and amiable members of staff.

We had an idea of what we wanted in our mind but Nesti took the time to talk us through the various options. This is the first bed we've bought so had many questions and Nesti was extremely knowledgeable and patient. When we came to a decision, it was very easy to check real time delivery slots. I was impressed that delivery was free and that delivery team are able to carry the bed upstairs - as other shops charge extra. All round a great experience.

Purchasing a bed for someone who suffers greatly with back problems is never an easy task, however not the case in this instance. I knew what type of mattress I required to which the sales assistant listened to my requirements and steered me to a selection of mattresses to try. He even offered a better pillow to try the mattresses with. A suitable mattress was found in no time, and the bed frame/headboard were found to my exact requirements. Overall a very pleasant experience from start to end and delivery in less that 2 weeks from order. Thanks Jeff for your time and patience.
