Your salesman Shiraz was very helpful on my visit to your High Wycombe store. When I explained my back problem he suggested a Tempura mattress and pillow which I have purchased after trying them in the store.

The Assistant was very knowledgeable, offered a variety of options with regard to the different mattresses available and the draw arrangements

Syan who served me,greeted me properly as i entered the store,she was neither too pushy or reticent,when i choose my product she did not try and change my mind .which i appreciated,at the service desk she asked if i wanted a drink,which i refused then she quickly got down to the payment and offers which she explained excellently.i took up an offer which was well explained to me ,and then we arranged delivery and i paid .Syan was courteous at all times and never pushy,,great overall service

In the Loudwater store we were taken through all the options for buying a mattress by Cameron. He was very professional and courteous and made the buying experience good.

There was plenty of choice of the type of beds we were looking for and a wide range of prices to suit all buyers.

Ben at the High Wycombe Branch was very professional and extremely helpful. My bed is being delivered on 13 May 2017 but so far everything has gone very smoothly. Ben should get employee of the month!
