Shiraz was helpful and cheerful. I only went to look to see what metal bedsteads Dreams had, with no intention to buy. However I left having bought a bedstead and a mattress (both of which I was 'looking' for), this was due to his knowledge and advice.

I had already completed my research on which base I was looking for and could come in and explain that. Jeff knew immediately what I was referring, did not attempt to sway me towards a more expensive item. When I asked for a mattress similar to the one I already owned he knew the exact type it was just from the name and could give me options which allowed me to make an informed choice. The sale was quick and simple, the service was warm, friendly and not pushy. I left happy with exactly everything I wanted. So I had a 100% successful visit in every way, what more could you ask for.

Cameron was very helpful and knowledgable, offered great service as well as being very approachable, and guided us as we weren't sure of what we were looking for in a new mattress.

Polite & professional service, the whole customer service experience was second to none, the store assistant was very knowlegable on the product and was able to supply a fully unbiased opinion on the product with no pressure equating to the sale. The paperwork exercise was completed in a very short period making us fully aware in all instances regarding insurance cover etc. On the whole a truly fantastic experience, that one would only wish could be coupled to "other retail outlets", a true example of customer service experience at its height. I was assisted by a member of staff (Henry), I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly, he was not pushy at all, which was nice. I have no doubt that I probably spent more money than I would have if I had shopped alone without the assistance of a member of the team - I would have probably narrowed my search to cheaper products, so the sales approach was subtle but effective from that perspective. I felt that I still made the choice as to what product I purchased and although it hasn't been delivered as yet I am content with my overall experience and the purchase made.
