As soon as we walked in, someone greeted us, we were given a bottle of water. There was a hand sanitiser stand, which was automatic. Kevin was helpful, he explained the mattress , the differences and the pocket spring sizes. The prices, everything was well explained. He also wore a mask when he was out on the shop floor as were other colleagues. Everything was nicely signposted to say assistance was available whenever we required.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a lovely Member of staff named Ramala she asked us straight away what we was looking for and we needed any help support or and extra information, she helped us find the perfect bed and mattress and even pillows, she was highly knowledgable and very helpful we were able to find everything we wanted and even things we didn't know we wanted, we walked away very happy it's was quick easy and stress free.

Kevin understood our needs and managed three children trying out the beds as well as doing his sales job very well .

When we walked into the store we was greeted by a member of staff (Leah) who was very welcoming and friendly and very helpful. We felt at no time rushed, ignored or pressurised in the store and had all our questions and concerns answered with confidence. Our experience with Dream's so far has been 1st class...
