As soon as we walked through the door a colleague approached us straight away, assessed our needs and helped us find the apprporiate mattress we went in to buy, whilst keeping our budget in mind.

Everyone was very friendly, the 2 delivery guys were in touch and nice on the phone when arranging the delivery then they were lovely to my kids when they arrived and dropped off the bed frame.

Welcomed as we entered the store. Help offered to find what we were looking for. Not pushy. Gave info when asked but left us to browse but was on hand when we needed more info / help. Offered a drink which we accepted & the hot chocolate was very nice. Other staff also friendly & helpful as well. Once I decided to buy it was quick & easy. All the info I needed was given to me. I was extremely surprised that delivery could be arranged so quickly and that I also got free Saturday delivering (special offer for April) and 20% extra discount due to the Easter sale! Very happy. Just hoping the mattress is as comfortable as it appeared to be in the store. But if not I can go back & choose again! Excellent. Have to mention the Dreams Colleague's name - thank you Ben - excellent service.

Me and my husband visited High Wycombe branch with our 2 sons. Lee McLauglin was there to offer us tea, coffee and the boys a drink and biscuit. He even put them in the pod where the bed moves to give us time to look at the beds. He helped us so much in deciding which mattress to choose. He had great knowledge and was very informative. He spent time with us and got a nicer pillow for us to try each bed. He showed us the bed divans and options too. He was very patient and we really enjoyed him helping us.
