Very helpful assistant and we found all we were looking for

The assistant, Benjamin, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was also very courteous and helpful. Could not fault him.The selection of beds was excellent and we were lead immediately to the type and price range we requested.

Our guide around the bed maze was Jeff: very patient and knowledgeable. He took time to understand what we required and explained the characteristics of the different types of mattress with great clarity.

Lee at the High Wycombe store serves us. We were buying a bed for my 9 year old son. The service we recieved was outstanding. Lee involved my son in the whole process and my son really had a wonderful experience.

Jeff is so good at his job We are surprised he has not been made area manager by now. Jeff has served us before with other beds always answers any questions you have very professionally and with a good sense of humor.

from entrance to exit, Ben at Loudwater was very professional and yet approachable. He was knowledgeable and able to make suggestions without being at all pushy or overbearing. His tea making skills were also excellent

Ben was very polite, offered assistance within seconds of going through the door. Took us straight away to the single mattress area. He offered several choices, then checked the stock levels. He left me alone to test the mattressses and choose what I wanted and then when I was ready returned promtly and completed the sale. Polite, Fast and Efficient. Great Experience.

We were greeted immediately we entered the store and given very good, though not pushy, guidance re our purchase. We were offered tea or coffee and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction.

Excellent sales staff (Henry) at High Wycombe, very helpful and polite throughout.

The store was not very busy and we were served quickly and efficiently.
