I was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and felt very well looked after.

Staff very welcoming and friendly allowing us time to try different matresses before deciding to place an order.

Ben was very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend him and will buy from him again.

I suggested that if they have any bed linen that they are selling off cheaply, why don't they offer it to the Women's refuge in High Wycombe, our customer assistant Cam was so interested in this and he said he eould offer this idea up to his Manager ASAP!

Cameron was very good and patient with us. I would say that surveys such as this that do not want to wait until we have used or seen the actual bed we are getting is not a true reflection. I know why you do it but why not at least wait until the customer has a chance to find out about the quality. Also i di not find a way to change any of my answers if i wanted to change my mind We have used Dreams a lot and always find it good.

Lee the gentleman that served me listened to what I want and selected what I asked for in my price range. I was not happy with item as it was still to firm he listen and selected a different make explained the price before we showed me it allowing me to say no before I tried it knowing it was outside my price range. He talked some more then he left me for as long as I was yes and told me to try all three numerous times and not to rush

The sales staff gave a exceptional service. Cameron and Lee were just brilliant! Cameron spent a lot of time with us and was very knowledgeable about the product. He was attentive without being 'pushy'. We visited with 3 children in tow and Cameron immediately got them involved by handing them a pillow each to carry between the beds. Lee then also stepped in to show the kids the remote controlled beds and even took them into the experience room. We were offered refreshments and made to feel very welcome. We were even invited to call back in at any time in the future for a drink if we wished! I can't speak highly enough about the excellent customer service we received - the result being that we would definitely return in the future. I hope that Cameron and Lee get to see this review and are rewarded accordingly. On another note, our bed was delivered this morning and again we were very impressed with the efficiency of the process ( we received a call in advance) and the friendliness and helpfulness of the 2 men who arrived with our delivery. Dreams obviously invests in their staff and it shows!

I cannot speak highly enough for the friendly, efficient and knowledge of your products that Benjamin your salesman was kind enough to extend to me on my visit to your Loudwater store. It was an absolute pleasure the time that he spent helping me to choose the best bed that would help me with my back problems. I very much look forward to June 7 when my new bed is due to arrive and hope that I will at last get a good nights sleep!!
