Dreams - High Wycombe

Jeff made it nice and easy for us to choose a new mattress. He listened well to our requirements and showed us a range that we could lie on in store. My husband was on his lunch break so we didn't have a lot of time. Jeff was attentive as soon as we walked in and very efficient.

When we entered the store the lay out was explained and we were left to view the goods - no 'hard sell' which was a big plus. We were told that if/when we wanted help we only had to ask.

Asked if we needed help immediately , took us straight to suitable products for our needs after discussing what we have , and our price range. Left us to try some then came back to see if needed more help. Not pushy sales just helpful.

Our sales assistant Margaret (High Wycombe branch) was lovely. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. She is a real credit to your company and you are welcome to pass on our comments to her.

friendly staff. Was offered a coffee and biscuit while I browsed. I described my requirements to the Sales Person, Cameron and he made a very quick recommendation. He gave me time to try other mattresses but I went with his recommendation for the purchase.

From the moment we walked into the store the staff were attentive and very informative, but not pushy. I like to take my time when buying, and they gave me the time to think about the different mattress and informed me of the differences between the varieties. They offered a deal for the products and gave us opportunities to buy pillows and protectors.

We were served in The High Wycombe branch by Margaret and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The previous weekend we had visited the Slough store and i found the experience there far less enjoyable. In Slough i felt i was under pressure to make the purchase and to buy loads of extra protection and warranties that i felt were unnecessary. However in High Wycombe the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. We were greeted as soon as we entered and offered assistance, and during the sell she explained everything so clearly to us, i will in future always return to this store even though Slough is closer to us. Ben (Dreams, Loudwater) was very helpful, friendly and attentive. We knew what we wanted and he was able to order it very quickly so we were in and out in no time. He explained about how to protect the bed from damage but did not make us feel as if we had to buy the products Dreams had to offer. Overall very good assistance.
