The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were looking to buy. We were given the right level of advice about the mattress I wanted as, I suffer from lower back problems.

I have ordered bedding & bedroom furniture from Dream before & alway been satisfied by the service I received. I must make a comment on the young gentleman man Jeff Little ( High Wwcombe Loudwater ) His politeness & knowledge to the making of mattresses to his customers is very helpful in making ones choice. Having worked in sales myself ( retired ) he is a credit to your company. Please would you forward this to your head office.

As soon as we entered the store we received a warm welcome from Jeff who quickly found out what we were looking for and gave us good advice and information. He also answered our questions and gave us the time to make our decision.

Our sales assistant Kim took the time to understand our requirements and made relevant and helpful suggestions. She gave us time to consider options and when we had made up our minds processsed the order quickly and professionally. Really impressed with your store, your staff and the sales process and supporting documentation (all of which was clearly explained by Kim). Thank you for a positive shopping experience - something quite rare today.

We had been looking for a bed for ages and had done a lot of research- it was good to have a no nonsense approach from the salesman. It got the job done. Also, the store were really tolerant to our children who were having a lovely time playing hide and seek and being very 'energetic', not everywhere would have been so understanding.
