Our assistant Shiraz at the High Wycombe branch was very knowledgeable and helpful, would recommend to others to ask for him by name.

Ben is a most impressive young man: very knowledgeable and explained the difference between your products very well. Guided us without pushing us in any direction. Courteous and friendly, it was a delight to receive such great service - sadly very rare these days and all the more appreciated because of that!

We were welcomed by Kim not long after we had entered the Loudwater store. Rather than being pounced on by an over attentive sales rep, Kim waited until we had looked at a couple of beds and then gave us a warm welcome with a genuine smile. Our intention was to look at the bed base units we had seen online and decide on a mattress by trying them in store. Kim helped us straight away by explaining the colour coding of the different types of mattresses and when I said we needed a new bed because the drawers had failed, she realises our problem and helped find a solution. My budget was about £1,000 and we ended up spending nearer £2,000! But we now have a bed that will last us and a premium mattress that will last over a decade. Kim was very helpful, mature and approachable, and stood back when I said we wanted to try some mattresses ourselves. We even bought some premium pillows she let us try. I always thought the bed we had was fine until we visited Dreams and realised we had always slept on an okay bed and not a proper bed.

We found the sales assistant Syan very helpful and friendly whilst not being pushy or overbearing. She was very natural and very knowledgeable about the products. She made sure we understood every item listed on the bill and several times went back to the display mattress to doublecheck the order was correct. Our visit to the showroom was enjoyable because it was not crowded (my adult son has social anxiety and does not cope well in public places. ) The offer of hot drinks was also very pleasurable as it helped to make the visit not feel rushed, plus we were desperate for coffee!

The effort, time and support we were given by Margaret in the Loudwater store was outstanding. We had no idea of what matress to buy, Margaret explained the ranges clearly and with detailed knowledge. Exceptional customer service.

Jeff who I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding,this is the first time I have shopped with Dreams but after my experience would not hesitate to shop again.
