Cameron the sales assistance was friendly, efficient and competent

I was greeted immediately I entered the store, by Cameron, and after I stated my requirements, he immediately provided options with good advice and knowledge. I was offered refreshment., and made to feel that my needs were the first consideration.

They show us the option of beds in store and you need know how to pick the right beds for good night sleep

The customer service given to us by Cameron was excellent. He approached us when we entered the store and asked if he could assist us. We were offered a tea/coffee whilst we were looking at mattresses . Cameron was knowledgable about the products which was reassuring. The whole experience was pleasant and painless from start to completion

Both salesmen that we saw were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help but not in a pushy way. The first salesman (we are sorry we cannot remember his name but he was white with a slight lisp) quickly understood my son's needs and when my son returned later that week with his girlfriend he remembered him and exactly which two mattresses my son had narrowed the choice to. The second salesman, Henry, likewise quickly understood our needs and took us through the whole sales process swiftly and clearly. The delivery slot was arranged at a time to suit us and with a quick turnaround. The sale was confirmed by email and text before we even left the store. Delivery slot was texted to me and this morning on delivery day I received a call from Derek to say they were 5 minutes away. The delivery team were efficient and friendly.

I came in to see for a specific bed base I’d seen online but wasn’t intending to purchase that day. I’d also just tried a Simba mattress in John Lewis. I was unsure but felt the 100 night trial made it low risk. When I came in an assistant named Shiraz welcomed me and showed me the base. He asked if I was interested in a mattress too but I mentioned the Simba. Shiraz suggested I see some hybrid mattresses anyway because of the discount when buying with a base and 40 night trial. He showed me a mattress that was more comfortable, higher quality and cheaper! In the end Shiraz put together a package of base, mattress, headboard, mattress protector, Tempur pillow and warranty AND got the price cheaper than what I’d been expecting to pay for just the base and Simba mattress. I feel really confident with my purchase. I’m grateful to the whole team. Not only did they explain the product, delivery and finance they gave me a demonstration of how to put it together with tips from building it in their own homes. All this (plus the coffee and chocolates offered) means I’ll be raving about the store. This was also my first time purchasing a bed and I’ll be a customer for many years to come.

The welcome from of all the personel was friendly, but not too overpowering. The Sales Assistant, Benjamin at High Wycombe, was very helpful, knowledgeable and again, not too pushy, but put forward fors and againsts really well.
