The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in assisting my wife and I in selecting a mattress to meet our requirements.

We wanted a new mattress and Shiraz welcomed us with a cup of coffee and led us to the sort of mattress we wanted. He left us to rest on four mattresses of various firmness before coming back and explaining why mattresses varied in firmness. He then led us speedily through the purchase and delivery details.
