Lovely welcome on arrival, great service good advice on which type of mattress would suit me, not pushy great service

I knew what I wanted and just needed to complete the paperwork. I found an assistant straight away and was given a good order delivery time.

James met us at the door and catered to all our needs and wants. We were really indecisive and he was so patient offering us further options and importantly giving us a few mins to think and talk alone.

Good value, friendly and helpful staff, got exactly what we needed in a short amount of time

Easy from start to finish ! Very good sales staff, not rushed into a decision, given good product info and explanation as to why one product was more expensive than another. Good experience all round

Kevin greeted us a the door, he was really helpful and asked for the details of what we were looking for. I needed a storage bed and also a mattress. He showed us multiple different options of frames and then used the gadget to assess what mattress was suitable. After he provided several options via a quote. We did visit 4 other bed vendors but circled back to Kevin, as we felt the most comfortable making the purchase from him. The one sticking point was the frame I liked had a lead time of 14 weeks but Kevin was able to identify some other options and we found one which I could get this week. As a company, your very lucky to have Kevin, just his general mannerisms, knowledge and not being too pushy were what brought us back from the other stores. I ended up going for a much higher end mattress than intended but that was backed by Kevin indicating it is the same he has at home. Also, this was made possible by the finance deals which were offered. Overall, I am really pleased with the service and the options purchased. Please pass on my thanks again to Kevin for all of this support!

As soon as we walked in the door we were greated with a warm welcome. Josh was very experienced and very passionate about making sure we received the best mattress for us. Would highly recommend Dreams.😊
