The assistant (Ben) was most helpful and courteous, had excellent product knowledge and exactly the right balance of providing information and leaving us time to consider the product options and test the mattresses and beds.

The sales assistant Ben was exceptional which is why I have rated this highly satisfied. He went over and above the call of duty to ensure we were satisfied with the deal we were offered, even offering to fund the free collection of the old bed out of his own pocket as we were offered this when we first went to the store but this deal was superseded by a national 10% discount which meant he couldn't offer 2 deals. We didn't accept his kind offer and instead we paid the difference, however it was a good indication of the length he was prepared to go to in order to ensure we were happy. He is a massive asset, I hope your business appreciates him.

I visited the Loudwater branch on two occasions. A friend and I decided we both needed to replace mattresses and we were given all the advice and assistance in a very efficient manner. We returned a week or so later to place the orders and again were dealt with by both the assistant and manager in a very efficient and informative way. Our thanks to Margaret and Lee who made the whole experience a pleasure and congratulations to a very friendly branch.

First time visited Dreams to see what was on offer. Our assistant Margaret was excellent and explained all we wanted to know We were introduced to Lee ( the manager) who again was first class. Went home gave it some thought and returned to order and nice to find Margaret was on duty. ( ordered extra to what I had intended)Also had a good chat to Lee When placing order it was nice to be offered coffee Hope the delivery next Monday matches up to the purchase

All the staff were informative and friendly I was greeted by Cameron and given a choice of a drink I use a stick and was offered a seat if I needed it helped to make a choice for my requirements happy customer 😍

The salesman was not pushy, gave us several options and explained the difference between the beds without trying to sell us the most expensive one

Dreams, Loudwater, High Wycombe - assistant Ben absolutely first class. Didn't hassle us - so we actually returned to store when we had intended to shop around for comparison - but he inspired confidence that we wouldn't do better. Nice man, great for you.
