Ben who dealt with us during our visit and placing our order was most attentive, helpful and patient with our various questions. We were more than happy with the service we received. We wish all staff in other retail stores were as friendly and helpful.

The salesman Ben was so helpful and friendly. He was not too pushy and he took the time to make us a cup of coffee (which was very nice by the way!) while we were browsing. There was a lot of choice but we were quickly able to narrow down the choice of product we were looking for. The whole process of ordering was very straightforward and the delivery dates available were in good time. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I rang and spoke to Cameron and he was first class. Very polite and professional with a sense of humour. I have never dealt with Dreams and I am more than satisfied with the excellent service.

Met by Cameron on entering the store. Explained we wanted a new mattress of a similar quality to the present one (high quality bed bought from Dreams 17 years ago!). Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and understood our position. He then made us a cop of tea and we started trying various mattresses. We found one we both liked and placed an order. Cameron offered us a second cup of tea which we declined. All the staff we friendly and helpful. We came away very satisfied.
