The sales person (Ben) I met and did my sale with was absolutely very helpful through out since my first visit to the time I completed my order. Been very helpful and has been patient with me on every occasion of my visit to store and queries on phone.

As soon as we entered the store a lady came to our assistance. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and encouraged us to sample the beds.

We were extremely well looked after by a member of staff. We found exactly what we wanted and the staff member answered all our questions and so we happily placed our order.

We were welcomed and by the assistant who was polite and friendly. We were asked exactly what we were looking for and then invited to try various beds that fitted these preferences. We felt we were given detailed information on each product which helped us to narrow down our choice. In the end we were very satisfied with the knowledge and level service of the salesperson which ultimately enabled us to make a choice we felt happy with.
