The assistant Cameron was so helpful and understanding as I new nothing about mattresses and how they are made to help the body when sleeping

This was my second visit to the store, and I saw Syan on both occasions. The first time I was just fact-finding to help me make my decision, and Syan very patiently listened to my questions and answered them fully. On this second visit, Syan was extremely helpful and made helpful suggestions and recommendations in addition to the information already received. There was even time for a cup of tea so the whole process was very agreeable. Thank you.

I was approached by a chap called Shiraz who was the extremely polite and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me all options and variations on the beds. His advice was invaluable and made my choice easy without any pressure. The whole experience was very pleasant and I left a very satisfied customer.

Cameron, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the products and guided us through the whole process of finding the right bed for my wife and l explaining the benefits of each one we tried. No pushy selling, which we appreciated.

Employees were friendly and attentive but not pushy, even thought I visited the store 3 times before making my decision. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. Will definitely go back again for my next mattress.

Helpful staff ,polite fast and efficient

The assistant was very helpful and even as the store became busy he found some other assistants and dealt with us. He explained everything clearly.
