Staff were courteous, helpful in understanding and meeting our requirements. Our bed was available in stock and was delivered within two days. Staff delivering the bed were careful in removing the unwanted sofa-bed and in positioning the new bed.

Our Dreams salesman took great care to understand our specific requirements, showed us several different examples, and then went to great trouble to identify a base and mattress that could be delivered within a few days rather than waiting for the normal period. He was a consummate professional with an excellent 'bedside manner' and we very much enjoyed meeting him and benefiting from his expertise.
