The assistant - Syan - was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She was very patient with us as we tried many mattresses and understood what it was we were looking for better than we did. She helped us to find the right mattress for us. Nothing was too much trouble. If there was something she wasn't sure of she checked with her colleague, who was equally as pleasant. There was also a very appropriate atmosphere of fun, which made the whole experience very pleasant. We liked the pod experience too!

The management and staff were a team which was evident, and friendly. We were treated very well, and nothing was too much trouble when I looked at a few options before I made a purchase.

Salesman v informative but not pushy

I was served by Shiraz as soon as I walked through the door, he was keen to understand my needs and budget, and showed us relevant products with good knowledge and answered all my questions. making the purchase was simple and delivery times fitted with my needs.

Henry was great. However I still don't have a delivery date...

Finding the type of bed was very clear The order process was simple and clear The asdistant was helpful, not pushy and assisted promptly and professionally

Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed out the different mattresses and pillows but left us to decide which ones we really liked without steering us towards the more expensive ones. He insisted on carrying the goods to our car and was very careful when loading the bulky package.

When approached by an assistant (Ben), I advised him of my particular back and shoulder problems and said I was looking for a soft but supportive mattress but certainly not a firm one. He asked me some relevant questions to ascertain the best type to suit my condition. He brought me a gel pillow to keep my head cool and he answered all my questions as best he could and if he was not sure of the answer he checked it out. He was extremely helpful but not at all intrusive. He kept my long suffering husband happy with a cup of coffee whilst my daughter-in-law timed me on each of the 3 mattresses to find out which suited me best. Ben was friendly and considerate and a pleasure to do business with.

The customer service advisor at Dream High Wycombe (Jeff) was very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions and demonstrate and contrast items.

The store was clearly laid out with the various types of mattress and the assistant was very helpful, clearly explaining advantages and disadvantages of the various mattresses without being at all pushy.
