The member of staff (Cam at High Wycombe) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure us into making any decisions and had lots of different suggestions based on what we were looking for in a mattress

Incredibly helpful staff member (Shiraz). Spent plenty of time explaining the finer points of each mattress and waiting whilst I tried them out.

The great friendliness of the colleague (Syan) meant that we established a rapport and she completely understood what I was looking for, both in terms of product, colour and decoration. We found the perfect item and it was easily ordered. We also had a lovely chat over the coffee she offered me on arrival and it was a really pleasant experience to shop at the store.
