Staff very knowledgeable about range of products and very helpful

We were greeted by Ben who was very efficient, patient, friendly and not at all pushy. He explained the different types of mattresses available and we opted to go for a Tempur. Ben carefully explained the difference between the types, their benefits, care, warranty etc whilst we tried them out. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried to make a decision and then my husband asked about pillows so Ben talked him through what was available and we duly tried them out as well. We were given time to discuss our purchase between ourselves which was much appreciated. After we had made our decision, Ben was very efficient with the paperwork and finance and we were most impressed with his manner and approach. He is a very personable young man and a credit to 'Dreams'.

Lee served me on the day. he was very knowledgeable, attentive, acknowledged me as soon as i approached his desk even though he was on the phone at the time. a real star!!!!

first visit, service was great, but after getting a cool pillow home and trying it for an hour my head was so hot, and unconfortable, so I returned to the store to cancel the order for the tempur matress as I had no confidence that it would be suitable. the sales person Geff, I spoke to on the 2nd day was very knowlegable and recommended what I feel is going to be the perfect (natural) matress for me.

Ben was great. He was enthusiastic, upbeat and very helpful. We didn't feel rushed, and we felt informed.

I walked in to the shop and Jeff straight away and came and asked what I wanted and showed me a range of products with different prices knowing his products very well.
